  • 807 sales of single-family homes closed in December 2021
  • Closed sales for single family homes was down compared 1 month before by -19.9%, and was also down -9.3% from closings one year ago
  • The median sale price for a single-family home in December was $1,692,000
  • The median sale price for a single-family home in December was up 1.9% compared to November and was up +22.8% compared to one year ago 
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was 16 days
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was up from November when homes were taking an average 15 days and down from one year ago when homes were taking an average of 22 days on market
Condo Sales Statistics:
 
  • 387 sales of condos closed in December 2021
  • Closed sales for condos was down from one month ago by -20.7% and up compared to one year ago by +9.9%
  • The median sale price for a condo in December was $925,000
  • The median sale price for a condo in December was up +0.3% compared to November and was up +12.0% compared to one year ago
  • Average days on market for a condo was 23 days
  • Average days on market for a condo was the same as November when condos were also taking an average 23 days to sell and down from one year ago when condos were taking an average of 32 days on market
