Single-Family Home Sales Statistics: 
 
  • 604 sales of single-family homes closed in February 2021
  • Closed sales for single family homes was down compared 1 month ago by -1.9%, but was up +23.3% from closings one year ago
  • The median sale price for a single-family home in February was $1,486,250
  • The median sale price for a single-family home in February was up 8.1% compared to January and was up +10.5% compared to one year ago 
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was 27 days
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was up from January when homes were taking an average 24 days and down from one year ago when homes were taking an average of 29 days on market
Condo Sales Statistics:
 
  • 344 sales of condos closed in February 2021
  • Closed sales for condos was up from one month ago by +28.4% and up compared to one year ago by +32.3%
  • The median sale price for a condo in February was $850,000
  • The median sale price for a condo in February was up +2.3% compared to January and was up +6.6% compared to one year ago
  • Average days on market for a condo was 33 days
  • Average days on market for a condo was down from January when condos were taking an average 39 days to sell and down from one year ago when condos were taking an average of 34 days on market
