Japanese Ramen Restaurant Comes to Downtown

Exciting news for ramen lovers! Hinodeya Ramen has officially opened its doors in Downtown San Jose. Located near the bustling intersection of Market Street and Santa Clara Street. Surprisingly, this marks Downtown's very first Japanese ramen restaurant. Though not the first Japanese eatery, it is the first dedicated to the art of ramen.

Hinodeya, headquartered in Japan, brings its renowned ramen expertise to San Jose, adding to its existing US locations. You will find their delicious offerings in several spots across San Francisco, as well as in Campbell, Newark, and Dallas.

This addition to Downtown San Jose has been long awaited. Ramen aficionados and curious newcomers alike are already flocking to experience the authentic flavors Hinodeya has to offer.

Located at 9 N Market Street, Hinodeya is open from 11am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday, and from 11am to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Whether you are planning a lunch outing, or a late-night ramen run. Hinodeya is ready to welcome you with steaming bowls of deliciousness!
