SJSC Towers

 

SJSC Properties, a Chinese developer from Beijing, set their sights on a 1.4-acre lot to help bring additional office space to the growing Downtown San Jose district. In the plans are two towers, each reaching 295 feet tall and each serving a different purpose. The west tower will be 28 floors comprising 350 condominiums that range in 900-1900 square feet. The east tower will be 20-stories high and consist of 344, 157 square foot office units. Underneath the east tower will be about 20,000 square feet of retail space, almost the size of San Pedro Square Market! On the top-floor will feature a skydeck for relaxation, recreation, and entertainment. SJSC Properties hopes to compliment the style of City Hall, located across the street as well as bring in a modern, technology-friendly environment.
