San Pedro Square Market to Host Sjdra Quarterly Meeting

Tomorrow evening the San Jose Downtown Residents Association (SJDRA) will be hosting its Quarterly Meeting at the soon-to-open San Pedro Square Market. The SJDRA meetings are a great way to explore new venues and meet your downtown neighbors. Tomorrow night’s meeting is also a fantastic way to get a sneak peek at the San Pedro Square Market. This will be a fantastic addition to downtown San Jose bringing in new restaurants and shops. There is already planned to be a pizza place, barber shop, gift shop, wine shop, and wine bar. The meeting will also afford you the opportunity to take a tour of the San Pedro Square Market which we are hoping will open up this fall. On the agenda for the SJDRA meeting is guest speaker Kim Walesh, Economic Development Director, from the City of San Jose who will discuss the Downtown Vision. In addition, the general manager of the San Pedro Square Market, Steve Borkenhagen, will give an update on the San Pedro Square Market. The San Pedro Square Market recently installed signage at the Market. Hopefully Steve will provide us with a grand opening date. Wouldn’t that be great!
