Powered by integrity, honesty, and an entrepreneurial spirit, Upswing Real Estate co-founder Eric Woodward is someone you can count on. Since 2002, the San Jose native has been using his passion for real estate and vast industry knowledge to help people achieve financial security through wise property investments. No matter how big or small his clients’ goals are, Eric invests 100% of his energy into achieving them, whether that means finding the fatal flaw in a disclosure packet or managing, marketing, and selling a full-scale remodel while the owner is out of town.
 
Before embarking on his real estate career, Eric co-owned and grew a successful electronics repair company, which became the second-largest electronics repair facility for Nissan and Infiniti automobiles nationwide. In this venture, Eric developed business savvy and creative marketing skills, which he uses today to envision and execute strong plans that lead his clients to ideal outcomes. 
 
But above all, Eric understands firsthand the positive impact the right home can have on your future. As a third-generation San Jose local, he has watched his family’s real estate investments appreciate year after year, and he’s determined to set you up for similar success.
